I stayed here for about a week for a business trip and had a great experience. I’ve stayed at several other top properties in Jakarta and found this to be the best for my business and personal needs - the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional (Caca, Cesa, Angel, the Sat. night Sanjiva staff to name a few). The library on the 5th floor is a gem of a spot for business meetings. And on the personal side of things, the rooftop space, lobby restaurant and bar were great environments to relax in. There are other positive I’m sure I’m forgetting, but encourage folks to discover it for themselves. I will certainly stay here again next time I’m in Jakarta for work or personal travel.

Not specifically a didn't like, but the rooms have nespresso machines. Given Indonesia is home to so much high quality coffee, I'd have loved to been able to brew locally sourced beans in a drip machine instead of nespresso - which is both bad for the environment and generally not as good quality.
