Property was clean and inviting. However the room smelled a bit old as if the airco vents had to clean or be refreshed, it smelled like wet clothes. Bathroom and bed was clean, the floors as well. I didn’t like that i got the end row of the rooms, so the last room down the aisle. It obstructed my city view

Room to the end obstructed my view. Staff at reception didnt greet as you enter. They were not friendly, especially the men

O que não gostei foi do atendimento , tinha reservado a data errada para o dia seguinte do que me hospedaria vi com 2 dias de ante cedência , entrei em contato com Booking e com o hotel , o hotel não fez questão nenhuma em me ajudar por eu ter feito a reserva pelo Booking , fiz uma nova reserva para o dia certo , cheguei pessoalmente no hotel e conversei com a recepcionista e ela disse que encaminharia para o setor de reserva , que não me deu nenhuma resposta e ficaram esperando passar o prazo para depois informar que não podiam acatar o cancelamento naquela data , ou seja paguei o hotel duas vezes

We loved basically everything, the place was great with good facilities , very recommended! We had a little problem when we left they charged us later even though we pre paid everything but they fixed it and refunded us for the amount

It wasn’t the hotel problem but we had a working site right in front of our balcony
