Staff was only available from 9am-5pm. For outside hours there was only an emergency hotline which honestly wasn’t helpful at all. WiFi dropped out frequently or didn’t work at all. They told us it’s because we’re using iPhones, I have never heard a more ridiculous explanation in my life. My husband is a software engineer and he couldn’t believe it. Mattress was boxspring and not suitable for two people as you feel every motion from the other person.

Das Bett ist für 2 Personen zu klein und war auch sehr unkonfortabel. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig.
