住客評價分析
- Cleanliness9.3
The hotel was spotless clean and we were quite well treated by all staff.
- Service9.3
Great interactions with the staff across all parts of the hotel, who have been extremely helpful.
- Location9.3
It is modern, clean, and in a great, safe location right on the edge of the action by Vieux-Port.
- Room Quality8.3
Rooms are on the smaller side- we had one large suitcase which we barely had any space for in the room.
- Amenities9.3
The heated rooftop pool was a great perk to have, along with one of the best hotel gyms.
- Value for Money9.3
Overall good value for what you get.
- Food and Beverage8.3
The à la carte service was slow and didn’t provide many options.
- Overall Experience9.3
Overall, our stay was a topnotch experience.
