Modern building, with amazing view on the harbour if you managed to get a room on that side. The whole Nordhavn neighbourhood is newly built, and several supermarkets are within walking distance. Great water pressure and temperature, plenty of storage. Tumble dryer within the washing machine. Orientkaj metro station is extremely close. Most of the staff I came across were nice. The inner courtyard is very peaceful, full of greenery, and a small balcony. There's a small rooftop spot available for guests on the top floor and the penultimate floor, which was particularly nice in the summer. Trash chute available on the wall right outside the apartment, and it has absolutely no smell at all. Recycling available on the ground floor outside the block surrounded by an æsthetic wall. Hallway always quiet, easy access. Plenty of sunbathing spots beside the water if you come in good weather.

I had to wait an extra one and a half day for the requested mop & bucket to arrive, because they forgot I had asked for it months before. I had to ask for a pair of scissors twice, and what I eventually received looked like mice had eaten half of the rubber cover on the handle. Scissors should be an essential part of the kitchen, so should a microwave, that I also had to request when I couldn't find any upon arrival. I checked and it wasn't listed, despite having a kitchen. The bathroom door is always in the way during showering, seemingly for everyone, as the door has water damage from longterm water exposure. Folding door would suit best due to the small size of the bathroom. The recycling collection was delayed to the point that the walkway was blocked by mountains of cardboard. Once I went to the reception to retrieve a package that arrived for me, but no staff was available, so I walked inside to take my package myself. This is a security issue when someone decides to take somebody else's property. Having the living room on the metro's side precisely where it surfaces above ground was a recurring noise issue. The wind was always too strong when I tried to air out the apartment, but without that it even hit 30°C inside during the hottest summer days. The mattress had patches of blood from previous tenants (that I successfully removed). One of the lightbulbs died early on and I brought it to reception to have it changed, but they said replacement would only arrive in a few days, and it never did. The brush that was meant for dishbrushing was dirty and worn out. They should provide a sponge stick. The hotel should be available on whatsapp to give foreigners an easy option to communicate with them without having to call, as emailing is not the fastest option.

Stayed in apartment 101, two minutes from metro and harbour bus stop Orientkaj. Perfect location. Supermarkets, restaurants around the corner. Walking distance to Osterport, major travel hub, Marble church and other interesting places. Flexible check in. Got an upgrade. Bathroom spotless with a great shower, plenty of towels, decent toiletries. Kitchen well equipped. 24 hour check in desk with luggage storage facility. Walkable neighbourhood. Despite construction work, we were given a corner, quiet apartment and didn't hear a thing. Stayed for nine nights and will definitely stay here again

Neatly designed and furnished for a short stay. Moderately well equipped. Very nice Danish design features. Being so near the metro and water bus has pluses and minuses. Very helpful staff especially Frede (reception) and Ermie-Jane (house-keeping).

They’re going to need to think about air-conditioning! The apartment is way too hot un,easy you open the windows but if you do that the noise from the metro kills conversation and renders sleep impossible. We worked out a balance but it wasn’t easy. The large windows are attractive but they just look onto roads and the metro track where it exits its tunnel noisily.

Fantastisk location i Nordhavn, og dejligt tæt på metro, indkøb og spisemuligheder. Vandet er også lige ude for døren, så nemt lige at tage en dukkert og sole sig om sommeren. Elsker også der er fitness center tilknyttet. Dejlig stor lejlighed. Meget hjælpsomme i receptionen, hvis man lige mangler noget.

Meget spartansk indretning, og meget mærkeligt lampe over stuebordet, mest bare i vejen. Mangler lidt hygge i lejligheden. Meget byggestøj fra byggeriet ved siden af, men tæt på at være afsluttet.
