This is the ideal aparthotel for someone with a young family. Ourselves, with 3, found great comfort in the w beds. The room was exceptionally clean, attentive staff, as well as great and reasonably priced room service. The daily buffet, although not as big as some other hotels, has more than enough of what you need and you can tell it caters to lots of nationalities.

There was only 1 issue where at the spa I could hear the manager berate another worker quite loudly, leaving the reception desk unattended and myself having to listen very awkwardly. It was not a nice way for someone to be spoken to and unprofessional. I had raised this on my exit, and was assured they would look into it. The biggest problem is that they have set such a high standard other the hotel we have gone to (in another country) cannot compare!
