Overall, this is a very good hotel, and the reviews we read before booking turned out to be accurate. The location is decent, with the hotel being only about 4 minutes from Yenikapı Metro Station and around 10 minutes from the T1 Aksaray tram station, making it quite easy to get around and reach the main tourist attractions. The room we stayed in was decent, slightly small, but very clean and equipped with everything necessary: a hairdryer, shower gels, dental hygiene kits, slippers, towels, and air conditioning. We stayed in room 107, located on the first floor, with a view of a wall. Personally, this did not bother us at all. In fact, I think it was better this way, as there is quite a lot of noise outside. On the first floor, the noise from the air-conditioning units outside was almost unnoticeable. The hotel has a swimming pool, approximately 1.40 m deep, as well as a spa, sauna, and Turkish bath. The relaxation area is very nice and, just like the rest of the facilities, very clean. Regarding the massages, the price is €40 for 40 minutes and €60 for 60 minutes. IMPORTANT: The hotel requires guests to wear a swimming cap in order to use the pool. If you do not have one, you can purchase one directly from the hotel for €2. The breakfast is very diverse, with options for all tastes: different types of cheese, eggs prepared in several ways (omelette, boiled, poached, etc.), fruits, vegetables, jams, cereals, and much more. The only thing worth mentioning is the coffee: it is instant coffee (Nescafé), not freshly brewed coffee from a coffee machine. The hotel staff are excellent. They speak English, are very friendly and responsive, and are always willing to help with anything you may need. To contact reception, simply press 0 on the telephone in your room and you will be connected to reception. I definitely recommend this hotel!

So far, we have not found any significant downsides, and we had a very pleasant experience.
