The location is great! The metro, 7-Eleven, and a lot of restaurants and cafes are within a short walking distance. Yet the location is very quiet because the hotel is not next to a busy road. The room is spacious and clean. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms, and the sink is in the living room, but that didn't bother me at all. As a nice bonus, the room has a clothes-refreshing cabinet. It can be used as a drying cabinet as well if you end up using the washing machine and don't want to pay for a dryer. In the bathroom, there is a Japanese-style hightech toilet. In the lobby, there is a washing machine, a dryer, and a kitchen with free noodles. The free breakfast included a microwaved sandwich, salad, and soup/porridge. It is very simple, but it was enough for me. You can always cook noodles if you feel hungry. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I had no problem interacting with them in English. Overall, I had a very good experience staying here!

The sound insulation between rooms is not very good. Your experience depends on your neighbors. During my stay there, one night, there was a group of Korean people who partied until 4 am two floors below me, and I could clearly hear them. Also, there are some alley cats that can fight very loudly. It is not the hotel's fault, but it's good to be aware of. The rooms have hard floors, and moving chairs makes a very loud noise that can be heard from the room below. Adding soft pads to chair legs could help with the problem. It is a bit annoying that all the lights are controlled from a single touch panel next to the entrance. In the morning, you have to walk across the room in complete darkness to switch on the lights. Another switch next to the bed could be a nice improvement.

Pani sprzątająca przez cały tydzień naszego pobytu ani razu nie zamiotła podłogi w naszym pokoju, nie ścieliła łóżek. Wymieniała jedynie ręczniki, z czego dwa razy dostaliśmy dziurawy ręcznik. Ze zlewu unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach jak się nad nim pochylało. Szafa prasująca przeciekała i zostawiła kałuże na podłodze pod walizką. Wanna w łazience była brudna. Na śniadania codziennie była ta sama kanapka odgrzewana w mikrofali.

Hotel can only check in after 3pm sharp, so the small lobby full of luggage bag and the only front desk guy totally not friendly all time, not recommand to stay here if you got other better choice.

The location is close by to Seomyeon station and several malls. There was a hot tub in the room but we didn't tried it. There is a "snack bar" you can use for free

There was a strict check in time without even checking if there is a room already available. They only have small towels and the daily room cleaning only includes replacing them, and even this wasn't done properly and we needed to ask for more towels at the reception. The bathroom layout was strange with the sink outside of the room (in the bedroom) and there was no bidet.
