Breakfast did not start until 07:30, we booked trekking early and need to leave 07:00, so no breakfast

The staff were super lovely! The lady at check-in and staff during dinner on the terrace were a delight. ☺️ Nice place with a cute terrace for dinner, small rooftop, good facilities.

Noise from other rooms and corridors. Very thin walls and doors.

Bardzo miła obsługa, dobre śniadania, możliwość opalania na leżakach i schłodzenia się w basenie (w październiku łatwo dostępne wolne leżaczki), w miarę blisko do funchal (choć powrót pod górę) Pyszne jedzenie w restauracji.

Brak wyciszenia w pokoju nad którym był ogólnodostępny taras i przejście na basen (tłuczenie szkła, szuranie leżakami, krzyki, bieganie w dół i w górę innych gości), drzwi nieszczelne, więc i z korytarza niosly się hałasy. Pokój dosyć ciasny.

Notre chambre était juste à côté des cuisines donc assez désagréable au niveau des odeurs. Pas de parking attitré, mais des emplacements grauits autour : cela suppose de trouver une place. De plus, le personnel ne nous a recommandé que des attrapes-touristes. Dommage.
