住客評價分析

• Cleanliness9.0

Multiple reviews explicitly note the hotel and rooms are clean and well maintained.

• Service8.2

Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, though a few isolated negative interactions (abrupt security guard, some bartenders) lowered the score slightly.

• Location9.5

Location is repeatedly praised as central and convenient for walking to attractions and transport.

• Room Quality7.6

Rooms and beds are generally comfortable, but multiple mentions of uncomfortable sofa/sprung extra beds, limited storage and a dated carpet reduce this score.

• Amenities9.2

Breakfast offering, free coffee/tea, walk-in showers and in-room facilities (iron, hairdryer) are highlighted as strong amenities.

• Value for Money9.0

Several guests call the hotel good value, with reasonable breakfast pricing and fair overall rates.

• Food and Beverage9.0

Breakfast is repeatedly described as very good/fabulous; bar prices noted as inexpensive despite a couple of staff attitude comments.

• Overall Experience7.3

Most stays are described positively (beautiful hotel, great stay), but isolated negative incidents (security interaction, uncomfortable sofa beds) impacted some guests' overall satisfaction.

Mi hanno fatto pagare 100€ in più perché hanno detto che abbiamo fumato in camera, non è assolutamente vero

La ubicación muy cerca del centro, y la habitación cómoda y tranquila para una familia.
