• Cleanliness9.6

Consistently praised as very clean ("parfaitement propre", "impeccables", "albergo pulitissimo").

• Service9.9

Staff repeatedly described as extremely welcoming, professional and helpful (multiple comments: "personnel adorable", "accueillant", mention of Ayoub at reception).

• Location9.2

Frequently noted as central and convenient (near main sites and train station), though a few comments mention the boulevard as less secure.

• Room Quality8.8

Rooms described as comfortable, spacious and well arranged, but several mentions of noise and one note about a slightly hard mattress.

• Amenities8.9

Nice common areas (terrace, stylish restaurant) but a recurring downside is the small pool size; otherwise well maintained.

• Value for Money9.4

Multiple mentions of good value and strong quality/price ratio; many guests say they'd return or recommend.

• Food and Beverage9.1

Breakfast described positively (continental, diverse) and restaurant noted as stylish; limited but favorable comments overall.

• Overall Experience9.6

Overwhelmingly positive guest sentiment with many recommendations and plans to return; small negatives did not outweigh overall satisfaction.

The location is fantastic and the hotel is quiet especially in courtyard. The hotel staff is so friendly and many thanks to Ayoub at the front office desk for your service and professionalism.
