Stayed 4 nights to attend a concert at Capitol One Arena. Location was good and was close (enough) to everything we wanted to see and do. Easy access to Lime scooters and bicycles out front. Shower had a spray head which was an unexpected bonus.

Nice room, but stupidly furnished with an "L" sofa that didn't fit and was in the way. It was ill-positioned to watch TV, access curtains, etc. As usual with modern hotels, there isn't enough water pressure to actually CLEAN yourself in the shower. A nightlight for the bathroom would have been preferable to being blasted by the motion-sensing bright lights in the middle of the night.
Avoid as much as possible,I booked a suite and when I arrived at the hotel they gave me a room with no outside windows. The description did not specify atrium view but there it was. I was straing at two pillars and led lighting all nigh long. The staff were zero help, the manager was zero help. They tried to convience me to pay another 300usd to upgrade me to the same room but with windows to the outside.
