Excellent location. Breakfast was excellent each and every day, chef happy to accommodate any special requirements. We found all staff friendly and extremely helpful with any questions raised. Our room was comfortable.

Shower screen could have been longer or different, to avoid water going into the vanity area.
Breakfast was wonderful and plenty of time to enjoy.A bit more could have been explained to tourists about the time differences, just a simple leaflet on reception.

Too many steps up to the hotel for disabled guests,there was a lift but round the corner,still quite a walk.

This is a Sebel in name only. If anyone remembers the quality of Sebel from the past BE WARNED ..this is one block of Mantra pretending to be four star..but with all the appeal of a caravan Park. Awful under furnished room...no mini-bar, I packet of coffee or tea each ( NOT replenished on 2nd day) no robes...ONE small towel each in the bathroom...and SHARED Mantra facilities....
