住客評價分析
- Cleanliness10.0
Most guests praise clean rooms and bathrooms, but one review reported silverfish, dusty surfaces and marked sheets, so cleanliness is slightly reduced from perfect.
- Service10.0
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and polite (night porter singled out as exceptionally lovely); service is a strong highlight in multiple reviews.
- Location10.0
Location cited positively: good transport links (bus stop outside, 15–25 min to centre), on-site parking and convenient for intended stays, though not in nightlife hub.
- Room Quality10.0
Rooms described as spacious, warm and very comfortable with comfy beds and nice bathrooms; one isolated note of marks on sheets but overall room quality is highly rated.
- Amenities10.0
Several guests mention lack of a TV and absence of a lift (stairs only); amenities are basic and some in-room extras (e.g., water, flip-flops) are missing.
- Value for Money10.0
Multiple reviews call it great value and affordable, with parking included and comfortable accommodations for the price.
- Food and Beverage10.0
Breakfast is included but described as basic or limited (some called it poor or missed bagels); kosher continental available for some guests.
- Overall Experience10.0
Generally described as cosy, friendly and homely with many guests willing to return; minor issues (no TV, limited breakfast, occasional cleanliness problem) do not outweigh positive experiences.
