Personal Masculino de recepción con pésimo trato , prepotente , vía telefónica tuvo un trato horroroso , levantando la Voz ; se aprovecha que ya no me encuentro en lima y no puedo pedir el Libro de reclamaciones . Pésimo !
The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was tasty, although the selection was quite limited. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of Huaca Pucllana and Kennedy Park, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.

The main downside was the noise. Our room faced a busy street and a bus stop, so there was quite a lot of traffic noise. We slept well on the first night, probably because we were exhausted after a 30-hour journey, but on the second night, we were frequently woken up by cars passing right below our windows.
