The staff was nice and supported our arrival well.

The room was not clean, bathroom should have been sanatized but was not cleaned. The room had a smell and the bed linens had some stains on it.
the staffs were very accomodating eventhough they realise we were not happy because it was not as what we expected. Over all the hotel is fine and with big room accomodating queen bed and single bed. The hotel good for bed and breakfast at shopping area at lower budget.

The entrance need improving. it looks like entrance to a basement carpark. The ambience is not as what is seen in the pictures. Need to improve the bedding as they were quite firm and thin.
