Automated key card dispenser worked fine. The process was longer than it should have been. But, it worked.

The listing referenced “housekeeping services”. There was none unless you count cleaning the unit between renters. Also, no soap or shampoo. The lobby, ingress/egress was filthy from construction. Work noise from construction started by 7:30am and security doors were regularly propped open by workers. We tried to call and did send a message through Booking.com asking for extra pillows and additional toilet paper (which ran out). We received no reply. The location is very good. The apartment is comfortable. But, you are on your own with no communication, no housekeeping, insufficient toilet paper and no amenities.

Nothing much.

Il sistema di self check-in da rivedere. Il dispositivo richiede il cognome quando in realtà serve il solo nome, e questo crea disagio per il rilascio della chiave se la persona non ne è a conoscenza.. Inoltre la struttura è in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è come soggiornare in un cantiere.

入住期间大楼的另一半大楼正在工程，需要从工程中的大门和走廊进入，满地装修的尘土；早晨8点开始，就能听见另一半大楼装修的噪音，带来相当大的不便。房内设备很简陋，但还算干净，整体感觉很让人失望。
