Poor sound insulation - can hear neighboring guests talking and especially loud air conditioner - hard to sleep. The view in the photos does not match reality - the apartments are much more lived-in.

Great location, close to bus and shuttle stop to the airport. Assistance for check-in, check-out, and additional services was excellent. They are really efficient and fast, respond very quickly, and are always available.

The room was really small, the bathroom very damp, and essential items like kitchen tissues were missing. The room we got was not the same as in the photos and there is not much attention to detail
