I liked the proximity to Union Station, dining, shopping and event/sports venues. I loved the hot shower, both the water flow and temperature were perfect. I liked the secured entry access of using a six-digit code comprised of my phone number. I liked the instructional check-in video the hotel property sends to their guests before their arrival. Doing so creates a smooth check-in process. I liked that the hotel staff contacted me to let me know when my room was going to be ready for my early check-in. I had a concern about my check-out process and they assured me that everything was done accordingly.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding several service and facility concerns. The housekeeping staff failed to adequately restock amenities, providing only a single napkin instead of a replacement tissue box. Additionally, I noted a soiled utensil, which raises hygiene concerns. Furthermore, the ambiguity regarding the status of the interior door lock from the hallway presents a significant security risk for solo travelers. Finally, the proximity of the balcony railings compromises guest safety, which is highly concerning. In other words, other guests can climb over them and into a neighboring balcony. I'd recommend that the hotel owner contact their maintenance staff to fix a clicking sound from the ceiling fan. I understand the hotel is an economical property but it doesn't have to look cheap. I didn't like the trash and broken pallet found at the entrance of the first floor nightclub. I'm relieved that the city of Denver decided to shutdown the troublesome nightclub. However, during my brief two day stay, I noticed someone had cleaned up the trash on the sidewalk.

It is right on top of a night club. It is very noisy on the weekends. Beddings feel old and the pillows are very hard.

My daughter and I shared this property. The good - Ideally situated downtown. - The free 16th Street bus stops around the corner and runs every 5 minutes, so it’s a great way to get up and down. - The room is laid out very comfortably. - There’s a nice coffee and tea area. A balcony wraps around the outside. You can’t really see much of a view, but it gives you some welcome outdoor space.

The not so good It’s up three to four flights of stairs, and there is no lift. We had a lot of luggage and had to carry our suitcases up floor by floor, then go back down to fetch the rest. A broken suitcase trolley was left on the balcony, which looked unsightly. It would have been better to fix it or throw it away, though with this many stairs even a working one would be of little use. You need to be logged in before you arrive, otherwise you can’t get your key access. Bring a credit card. We struggled to complete the booking with a debit card.e
