トイレ、洗濯機、照明等、設備の清掃メンテナンスが全くダメ。洗濯機は過去に誰かが使って洗剤が大量に残っており、使う気になれなかった。トイレはせっかくのウォシュレットがぼろぼろに壊れて使い物にならず、洗面台の収納には前の宿泊者のゴミが放置。バスタオル、フロアタオルはボロ過ぎ。お世辞にも良いとは言えなかった。また車の送迎の度に出口で料金が発生するが、朝9時過ぎないと受付スタッフがいない為、無料になる駐車券がもらえない。これもめちゃくちゃ不便で、何度か支払わされた。

It's an apartment residence, not a hotel, so rooms are spacious, there is a big fridge (not a mini bar), a modern washing machine which saves you laundry costs and a small cooking area, so you can fry your breakfast eggs on your own. The air-conditioning was excellent, with an outside temperature of 35 C it managed to cool down the big room to 20 C, the bedroom to 18 C if you like it that way. Both the Manager and Front Desk staff were very friendly spoke good English and were very helpful with all my special requests. In my room everything was working fine, I just like to mention it as another guest was complaining about that. There is a small convenience store and coffee shop on the ground floor, and a big grocery store is a 5 min walk away. It's good value for money if you plan to stay a week or more or travel.with children.

As everywhere in Myanmar the credit card payment is not possible at times, but there is nothing the hotel can do about it. If you like to pay in Kyat instead of USD, please don't expect that the hotel will change at the "black market" rate, which is illegal. I noticed that some customer complained about that.I made my own breakfast, but was informed by the front desk that it is possible to order and have it at the top floor with a nice view.

第一天入住，第一个房间卫生间里面的洗手台都烂了，工作人员都不知道，我下去找工作人员才换了一个房间。第二个房间，卧室门的锁都断了工作人员也不知道。卧室里的床头灯坏了，工作人员说第二天来换，我入住六天直到我退房了也没有来换。保险箱也不能使用，说的找工作人员来维修也没有人。最搞笑的是保洁人员下午三点就下班了，有一天都没有来做清洁。
