Iluminação fraca, não tinha janela para a rua, apenas para o corredor e que não adiantava nada, quarto extremamente quente e sufocante, muita sujeira e cheio de lixo embaixo da cama, cama dura e desconfortável, depois das 20:00 precisa fechar um cadeado e abrir sempre que necessário (cadeado ruim, trancava). Checkout no app do booking era diferente da realidade, com apenas um papel na parede informando o horário que era a partir das 11:00 am. Uma funcionária foi acordar a responsável (ela mora no Hostel) para nos entregar o dinheiro da caução da chave. Chuveiro fraco, no terceiro andar um dos dois chuveiros não funcionava água quente. Um dia a responsável pediu para sair do banheiro “bom” que ela queria tomar banho 🤦🏻‍♀️. A noite a responsável desligava a água, sempre pela manhã quando acordava tinha cocô no vaso sanitário. Não oferecem toalhas para banho.
