Review Title: Disappointing Stay, Multiple Facility Issues, and No Response from the Host This was one of the most unpleasant accommodation experiences of our entire trip. Both the condition of the property and the way our concerns were handled were extremely disappointing. 1. Poor Bathroom Drainage – Standing Water During Every Shower On the day of check-in, we immediately informed the host about the bathroom drainage issue. Every time we showered, the water drained very slowly, leaving our feet standing in water throughout the entire shower. The next person had to wait for the water to slowly recede before being able to use the bathroom. This was not only inconvenient but also seriously affected our basic comfort during the stay. 2. No Duvet or Blanket Provided – Cold Nights and Poor Sleep Quality The room was provided with only a thin duvet cover, with no duvet insert or blanket inside. Because it was cold at night, we had to sleep wearing our own jackets just to keep warm. For guests staying three consecutive nights, these sleeping conditions were unacceptable. 3. Wi-Fi Provided but Unable to Connect Although the host provided Wi-Fi login details, we were unable to connect to the network. As a result, this basic amenity was unavailable throughout our stay. 4. Unpleasant Bathroom Odor and Visible Mold on the Shower Curtain There was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Upon closer inspection, we found visible mold along the bottom of the shower curtain, raising concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom. 5. Damaged Door with a Hole Stuffed with Tissue Paper There was a noticeable hole in the room door, which had been crudely patched by stuffing tissue paper into it. This poor state of maintenance was disappointing and raised concerns about whether the room had been properly inspected and maintained before our arrival. 6.
