Loved our room so comfy
Our room wasn’t ready for almost an hour after checking time. I also asked if anyone could help or point me in the direction of getting my car jumped and it was like I was asking for something ridiculous. They refused to help me saying they weren’t allowed and basically ignored any other questions I had. Maintenance guy was super rude after asking as well as the front desk guy.

Late check in and trouble finding the parking left us dealing with Gil. A very sassy and rude night time guest attendant. All the other staff has always been great until our experience with Gil. We won’t go back! We will stay at CatBird from now on.
