亚洲接待员在办理入住手续时很粗鲁，埃及交接班经理没有听取客人的问题，而是直接给出指示，退房时要求准备车辆，但客房服务员没有到场，我不得不亲自搬行李，然后发现车辆长时间没有准备好，因为他们没有得到客户服务员的通知
