There is not much positive except the views. The communication with the hosts was just impersonal, my questions ignored in their copy-paste template responses, host not accommodating to any request, felt absolutely like speaking with robots. And the worst part of my experience was being harassed over the phone on my day of travel/check in to pay additional 15 EUR (after I have paid the full price that was stated on Booking for 3 persons and 3 beds) - JUST BECAUSE THEY HAD TO SET UP THE SOFA AS A BED. I guess they were panicking that I wouldn't pay a fee that 'they forgot about', but which honestly felt like a made up SCAM. The pushy calls and SMS from people I don't even know made it a very sour check-in experience for me. If I was running a business, and even if I truly forgot a minor fee like that (which I doubt, because mind you, the Booking price already included 3 people and beds, mentioning no extra costs), I as a host would accept it as a learning mistake and I would never HARASS THE GUESTS.

* The AC in the top room is not working. I read it from other reviews but thought it would be ok since I am not so sensitive to heat. But beware!! The night at the top room ended up really being TOO HOT. I kept getting woken up by the heat. There are fans but they sound like fighter jets, so no way I could sleep with that noise in my room. Definitely a setup that renders a restful night of sleep impossible. * But at the same time, there were no blankets or anything to cover ourselves for the people staying in the bottom rooms. * Cleaning was so-so. Top it off with almost empty toilet paper rolls from previous guests being re-put for us to use upon check in. * Oh, also you get a list of restrictive rules and threats about in-house behavior. You are even forced to take your trash bag out before leaving (the depository is quite hard to locate). Honestly, the entire treatment by the hosts felt like being in a prison camp, as if I am not paying them money to stay there. * Beds with plastic covers underneath the linen. I understand they are trying to minimize their costs and avoid having mattresses ruined... But you can hear it every time you move in bed. And it just contributes to the stingy and unwelcoming guest-treatment policies. * This entire hostile and unwelcoming experience made it not worth to stay there. I was choosing between similar places and I wish I chose the other one. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
