I loved its location in Ville Haute, with the wonderful Konrad cafe just below.

The apartment was a bit warm, and little flies came in when we opened the window. There was some street noise until around 1am, and footsteps from upstrairs ocassionally during the night, but we were tired enough to sleep through it.

Almost everything 1) Access 2) Noise levels 3) Toilet paper and hygiene consumables not sufficient 4) Difficult to get in and out of the bed 5) Narrow spiral stairs with no lift 6) Etc.

Très central à côté d’ un super bar ( Konrad) Easy acces. Cuisine équipée.

Au prix de bruit du bar jusqu’à 5h du matin, et travaux à partir de 7h, pas climatisé et donc impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres ( quand même bien isolées) pendant canicule estivale. Propreté moyen.
