Check in was awful! The woman was rude like were supposed to know that you make your own key cards and not go up to the receptionist and talk to them. Also be warned they took out all the fridges, microwave and coffee pots from the rooms. So if you want hot water you have to order it and they will charge you for it! The air conditioner in our room didn't work and we were roasting. They said there was nothing they could do because there was no one there that could fix it. We spent 2 nights there and no one could look at it?! Really?!? There were makeup stains on the pillow cases and sheets. Every single time we went downstairs we couldn't get back upstairs because our key cards wouldn't work. They weren't near our phones so they shouldn't have deactivated. We had to go back and forth from the elevator to reception several times and thats a long walk especially if you have knee problems like i do. They couldn't even tell us why our key cards kept deactivating cause they had no clue! They finally keyed it in manually so it started working but this was after 3 trips to the desk already. The maid came into our room even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door and my girlfriend was in the room telling her no thank you she still walked in! There's no way we would ever stay here again even if they gave it to us for free!
