I stayed at this house for 5 days to attend a seminar at the Embassy Suites hotel nearby. The location was perfect, as I could commute every day by walking through the beautiful East Boston Memorial Park. My room was spacious & clean, equipped with two bedrooms right next to a shared bathroom. At first, I was worried about sharing the bathroom with people in the other two rooms on the same floor. But it was always empty, and not a problem at all. The kitchen downstairs was fantastic & clean, and I was able to cook full meals using the electric stove and all the kitchen tools and dishes. The grocery store is within walking distance so that I could store groceries in the huge refrigerator. Since I had a limited budget, being able to cook my own meals was such a relief! I only communicated with my host through text messages, but I felt they were very responsive and reliable.

You get what you paid for really. The house is clean and the kitchen facilities are nice. The hosts are helpful and reply quickly over messages.

The single room is truly absolutely tiny (I say this as a slim 5'3 female). Barely any space for me and my suitcase; I can't imagine a grown man in here. When I went in the air condition had been off all day, so the room was a complete furnace.
