We appreciated the friendliness of the staff, easiness of check in, and kindness of the locals. There is an inside restaurant, and a pool and social gathering area up top which is quite nice in the evenings.

It can be quite busy outside, and can be a bit noisy with local bikes, but is to be expected in the city! Overall with the hotel itself, there was nothing we didnt enjoy. The staff were very acommodating

Schönes Hotel in guter und sicherer Lage. Sehr zuvorkommendes Sicherheits- und Hotelpersonal, besonders Fara. Schöner Pool auf der Dachterrasse mit guter Aussicht in alle Richtungen. Freie Wasserspender auf dem Flur.

Unser Zimmer wurde bei zwei Nächten leider nicht gereinigt, vielleicht haben wir aber auch einfach zu lange geschlafen ;)

the Wi‑Fi is not very fast or reliable, which can be inconvenient if you need stable internet during your stay.

I didn't like anything about this property at all

I specifically booked this hotel as the photos looked great and I wanted a balcony as I need to work here for a few days and wanted to be able to get some fresh air. I checked in and was given a room on the 1st floor with the world tiniest balcony opening directly onto the busiest main road ever with a massive petrol station directly across the road. The street noise was unbearable. I opened the balcony and there was a 24hr KFC literally right next to me and the smoke from the cooking exhaust was discharging right under my bedroom window and the entire unit smelt of cooking grease. I went down to ask if they had another room and as they didn't I immediately checked out. The hotel said that as I booked through booking.com they could not give me a refund. I left within maybe 30min of checking in and went and stayed somewhere else.

1. Is too close to one of the main roads and the windows are not properly sealed. You won’t be able to sleep. 2. 5F has a terrible odor as sinked water, rotten. 3. The price is too high for what you get, the hotel had really nice reviews and of course is my first time in Manila, so I thought would be worth it. Totally the opposite, is not a safe area, is full of brothels and it seems this is a popular hotel for elderly people to pick up girls. At least is what I saw entering one after another. 4. When I mentioned about the noise they just say, there are quiet rooms. You wanted views, jajaja the views is a gas station. And besides that, What’s a quiet room? I mean how you possibly don’t announce this or adjust the price.
