Sara was an excellent host, we brought four sixteen year old boys for a long weekend of activities and so we were trying to squeeze a lot into a short space of time. Sara was a very valuable source of information and help throughout, and went above an beyond what can be expected of a host. The house was comfortable and the aircon worked very well - the pool and outside area was excellent for relaxing after a hot busy day of activities. The Wifi is delivered by Starlink and has download speeds of over 100Mb so on the few occassions when we wanted to watch sport and the boys were on social media it was more than capable of supporting our needs. All in all it was a great venue for us to base ourselves for the activities in the area.

Laid back and homely. Lots of space. Great location! The dog was so much fun and a hit with the kids. Was provided lots of information to help us organise activities etc.

The location, the garden, the art in the house. Communication with the host/ Alexander, especially with booking of activities. Airport trf and van service for the 7 of us was great too.

Provide more power boards to charge phones/ devices. We were a group of 7 adults with our own devices and there was only one power board that we could use in the kitchen, which we had to alternate using with the toaster and kettle. Unfortunatelt, none of our global adaptors would work in the type M (3 large round pins) in the house.

It was the perfect location: very secure and within walking distance of town. The outdoor space is immaculate, well-maintained, and a lovely place to relax, especially in Victoria Falls’ generally hot weather. I would highly recommend this place, particularly for groups or families on holiday. You can truly do your own thing in the comfort and privacy of the home. I travelled there from the UK with my son and daughter-in-law for my 60th birthday and invited my sisters and a friend from Harare, so we were a good group of eight people. The four-bedroom property was perfect for our celebration. I particularly loved the outside shower and bathtub. It was amazing showering in the sunshine and seeing a rainbow form as I showered.

The house was in a very pretty, scenic, green and leafy location. It was large and spacious, and the garden was amazing. The house keepers were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was spacious and had everything that could be needed to prepare our food. The was neat and clean and the furniture was comfortable. I loved the piano in the living room and the drums in the patio area. There was a Pick & Mix supermarket nearby which was very convenient. The quality of hand-wash , body lotion, shampoo and shower gel was very good. We liked the smell and the feel of these. I loved the variety of beautiful plants, trees and flowering shrubs in the garden. The pool was pretty but too cold to have a dip in. The communication with the property owner was easy and she kept in constant touch with us via email and what’s app. Her messages were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The information manual,kept in the kitchen, was very comprehensive and useful. The price per night was reasonable and good value for money.

The drain in the shower area of the bathroom was not working properly. The water drainage was very slowly and one had to stand in a big puddle of soapy water when showering. This problem must be due to the built up of hair in the drain which was not being cleared regularly. The drainage in kitchen sinks was also slow and the sinks got blocked on the second day of our stay. However on our report, this problem was quickly resolved. I would advise the regular plunging and clearing of shower room and sink drains. The bedsheet in one of the double beds was not clean. It looked as it was not changed after being used by the previous guests. We had to look for a clean sheet which we found in a cupboard, so we changed it ourselves before using the bed.
