Our 2 bedroom apartment was beautifully clean and fabulously decorated. Great view from the 20th floor. Staff were extremely helpful, location was perfect.

Nothing at all, everything was superb.

-hair dryer is the worse getting hot easily turn on every 30 seconds then have to wait for it to cool down. -bed is wobbly -we only have one bathroom mat for 2 bathrooms -plate chipped -aircon dripping (we don’t want anyone come to the room while we are not there but staff sent someone to check while we’re are away not really appreciate and feel unsafe. We already confirmed will not turn on aircon) -mouldy spa pool -cleaner drop chemical in swimming pool from up high level with loud noise during our family in the pool. We don’t really want to go back in the pool due to the chemical and no body check the quality of water.

They told me the bed was not very good at all. They informed me that the bed was very uncomfortable.

Only one thing was - having a bit more kitchen utensils / bowls / pan to cook - and also provide a bit more diswasher liquid and bin bags and a 2nd table cloth - Apart from that we had a great say - we loved it.
