The staff when we checked in were not happy to see us.
The location of the breakfast was in the basement where there is no network or wifi. There was one person handling the breakfast due to which the refill of the dishes was bad and what was present was cold as there was no supervision.

Better supervision, faster refill, ensuring food is hot, tea can be a lot better and someone needs to check before it is over as we had to wait for 20 mins for tea to come . Had called for a cheese sandwich and got a tomato cheese which was returned and then the cheese sandwich came after explaining what I wanted again.
