It is a bit overpriced. If it included breakfast, I think it would be more reasonable.

Mosquitos were everywhere. Once we bought a mosquito repeller the stay became much more pleasant.

We LOVED this little boutique hotel. One of our favs in Vietnam. It feels really homely. The AC is good, the coffee AMAZING, fantastic smoothies - the laundry service is also extremely affordable and great. Kids can feed the fish, the staff are attentive and helpful. We will be back!

Soundproofing isn't very good. Walls are quite thin, can hear everything from outside.
