Co fusion over booking of ground floor room with pool access . I had requested pool access - option not available when booking - hotel confirm request but also said I could change - well I didn’t want to as I believed my request was confirmed but on arrival it transpired I had a 3rd floor room with pool view. Booking.com provided small monetary compensation - if you want a room with pool access it’s worthwhile confirming that’s what you’ve got - I’d have tried elsewhere if I’d realised I didn’t have what I had requested

Wow. We stayed in the last room (pool access) it’s either 4 or 8 and it was amazing. Sun on the pool loungers from 9.30 to 1.30 before switching to the balcony area until sunset. Gorgeous. The location is also great. Some great places to eat around there - The Good Kitchen

Está muy cerca de muchos puntos de interés para ir andando. Justo en la esquina hay un café muy rico que los dueños son encantadores. El personal del hotel muy amable también y las instalaciones muy cómodas, la piscina muy bonita y en general todo perfecto.

Great location in the old city, good value for money, beautiful Paul to relax and at the end of the day, and helpful staff.

Unfortunately some very noisy guests at 3 am talking at the top of their voices. No consideration for other guests.
