Está bien! pero no te dan toallas ni sábanas si no las pides debería ser algo que ellos ya de por sí deberían darle a sus huéspedes.

La experiencia fue muy mala. Algunas habitaciones no tenían electricidad, así que no había aire acondicionado, luz ni posibilidad de cargar los móviles, mientras que en otras habitaciones y en recepción sí había electricidad. El personal fue muy borde y, en vez de intentar solucionar el problema, nos querían cobrar un upgrade para cambiarnos a una habitación que sí tenía electricidad. Finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación porque solo nos quedábamos una noche, pero no nos proporcionaron taquilla ni sábanas. Además, al hacer el check in nos cobraron dos veces nuestra reserva y después fueron apareciendo cargos adicionales que no supieron explicar y nunca devolvieron. Tras reclamar durante semanas, el hostal nunca nos dio una respuesta y fue Booking quien finalmente nos ayudó.
