Smooth Check-in: The late evening check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with reassuring safety and security measures in place. ​Rooftop Dining: The Indian restaurant on the roof was excellent. ​Breakfast: The breakfast service was top-notch with a huge, impressive variety of choices.

Room Issues & Cleanliness: Room cleanliness could have been better. We had to report a damaged shower head and toilet plumbing issues to the receptionist. ​Location: The immediate area surrounding the hotel wasn't very pleasant. However, it is manageable for a short one-night stay if you plan to stay in and eat on-site.

Hotel not far from the Nairobi national Park. Staff really kind and helpful (special thanks to Grace and Catherine). Always available to help us with our request. The room matched the pictures on the booking website. We were able to do a late check out which was really helpful.

Food was amazing, one of the best buffet breakfasts I have had. Rooms were very clean, pool was immaculate.

A lot of buildings on the outside still in progress, so not a nice view, hopefully will improve once constructions are completed. I read the comments around location and honestly it is a little far and traffic can be annoying. But from someone who is used to UK prices, a big uber costs £6 for an hour. You can get to the city centre on £2 if you’re under 3 people.
