L'hôtel devait venir nous chercher à l'aéroport avec leur navette à notre arrivée Lorsque nous les avons contacté en arrivant, ils nous ont informé qu'ils avaient annulé notre réservation. C'est lamentable d'être traité de la sorte et sans solution à notre arrivée à 21h... Le SAV Booking également déplorable, il fallait attendre le lendemain matin pour les contacter....

Infelizmente a limpeza do quarto que ocupamos (3 pessoas) estava sofrível. No banheiro percebemos pelos e cabelos nos pisos do box do banho bem como externo ao box. Falta de toalha e piso (toalha foi entregue após solicitação pela manhã). Observou-se também embora as camas estivessem arrumadas, os lençóis das duas camas pareciam muito amarrotados, dando a impressão de terem sido usados. Também as peseiras das duas camas estavam muito amarrotadas o que deu uma impressão de uso, ou da falta de cuidado na limpeza e arrumação.
