Dirty state of rooms and state and standard of the infasture. At best the building and showers etc were the standard of a cheap hostal.

Overall the experience was really bad that makes out stay really uncomfortable. Despite, mentioning it again & again the services were slow & Ac was not funtioning. We will not be returing & strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
Ideal location - Naval island, therefore safe and secure. Beach views from the room balcony and good amenities. Cosy boutique hotel.

The location and the peaceful environment were awesome. The staff made our stay better than how it was going initially.
The location and the peaceful environment were awesome. The staff made our stay better than how it was going initially.
Some basic facilities were missing like hot water, especially since our visit was in winter. Cleanliness can be improved as there were a few cockroaches in our room. A menu was missing from the room, and it'd be great to have a guide for the facilities' timings in the rooms. By the time we went for the jet skiing (5:45 pm), we were told that it closes at 5:30 pm :(
