Beautiful apartment and amazing view, but owner/management service could be improved The apartment itself is beautiful, very spacious and clean. There are two bathrooms and two toilets, comfortable beds, a washing machine and a very well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. The huge terrace and sea view are amazing, especially in the evening. The pool and large barbecue area with tables are also great. Our children really enjoyed spending time by the water, watching and catching little fish with a net and releasing them again.

However, we feel that the owner/management service and attention to guests could be improved. There was only a capsule coffee machine despite Booking.com listing a coffee machine and coffee maker, and there were no capsules provided. After asking, we eventually received a very basic additional coffee maker around 10 hours later. There was also no soap, shampoo or garbage bags, and not enough towels for our family of five. These are small and inexpensive things that would make the stay much more comfortable. The mosquito situation was also extreme. We have visited Curaçao three times, usually staying for around a month and changing accommodations several times, and we have never experienced so many mosquitoes. Even with our own sprays and plug-in repellents, we had many bites. When we asked for help, we were told that mosquitoes are normal in Curaçao and that we should buy something ourselves. Considering the number of mosquitoes around the property, it would be helpful to provide mosquito candles, repellents or something similar for guests. The biggest issue for us was the check-in and communication. We informed the owner through Booking.com that we would arrive around 16:00 and also informed the local manager via WhatsApp that we were leaving Lagun at 15:00 and would need approximately one hour. Nevertheless, nobody was there when we arrived and we could not enter the apartment. We had no internet at that moment and were travelling with three children, so we spent around 45 minutes outside trying to get connected and contact someone. We even had to pay around $10 to use our SIM card to reach them. Once we finally contacted the local manager, he arrived within about 15 minutes, but said that we had not communicated our arrival time, although we had done so twice. A simple message beforehand explaining exactly how the check-in works and that we needed to contact the manager immediately before arrival would have avoided the whole situation.

Locatie was good, pool was good. Grote koelkast, goede bedden. Alles bijelkaar gewoon een mooi appartement voor een zeer goede prijs.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment and the surrounding areas were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was a laundry room in the apartment. The views were awesome, and the pool was very nice. It is in a great location with beaches, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet and peaceful stay.

The bedroom tv was not working properly. We could not get it to connect to the Wi-Fi, so we were unable to use it during our stay. The living room tv was connected to cable and worked perfectly.
