Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, Albi, una persona davvero fantastica: gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre pronto a dare consigli preziosi per vivere al meglio il soggiorno e scoprire i posti più belli della zona. La sua gentilezza, la sua ospitalità e la sua attenzione fanno davvero la differenza. È raro incontrare persone così premurose, che ti fanno sentire un ospite speciale e non un semplice cliente. Consiglio questa struttura a chiunque cerchi qualità, comfort e un’accoglienza autentica. Se dovessi tornare, la sceglierei senza alcun dubbio! Sehr nettes Personal, welches uns bei Tipps rund um Tirana und unsere Weiterreise nach Shkoder geholfen hat. Auch die Ausstattung im Zimmer war gut - Wasser, Zahnbürsten, Föhn vorhanden. Alles in allem, ein gutes Hotel, in einer sehr guten Lage, und exzellentem Personal! Wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Location war beim ersten Mal etwas schwer auffindbar und der Eingang am Haus nicht optimal ausgeschildert.

Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso è sodisfatto di tutto , dal primo giorno sino alla partenza. ALBI titolare della struttura ha sfatato i luoghi comunim, consigli, suggerimenti, indicazioni , tutte informazioni azzeccate e ben date, non ho avuto nessuna delusione in quello che ho fatto suggerito da ALBI, sono stato a tirana durante le proteste,sono incappato in una nuvola di lacrmogeni rientrando in albergo io e mia moglie con occhi ,gola e naso irritati, immediatamente è spuntato ALBI si sempre lui titolare della struttura e "ANGELO "dei suoi clienti. in struttura presente un infermiere che ci ha soccorsi con la soluzione fisiologica, GRAZIE E ANCORA GRAZIE ALBI sei da************************************************************************************************************************ tantissime stelle. NON CI PUò ESSERE NULLA CHE NON TI PIACE AL CAPITAL SUITE CENTER What didn't you like? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I honestly cannot think of a single thing to complain about. Dès mon arrivée à l’« hôtel » « 5 étoiles », j’ai été déçue. Il était situé au deuxième étage d’un grand immeuble, sans grande réception, juste un petit hall avec plusieurs chambres. On entendait son voisin comme s’il était dans la chambre d’à côté, et le bruit de la rue était tout aussi gênant. Pour couronner le tout, les murs de ma chambre semblaient avoir une fuite un mur était écaillé. Si j’avais su j’aurais pris un Airbnb, j’aurais eu les mêmes prestations voire mieux
