Excellent location in city center,close to cafes and restaurants and 24h supermarket, there are also a bus and metro stations nearby. Very clean, communication with host was easy and helpful. There is no air conditioning in bedroom, but it wasn’t a problem because the apartment is shady and doesn’t heat up.

Very clean, spacious and conveniently located within walking distance to major tourist spots. It’s also next to the opera theatre with beautiful park. On top of that, Mr. Alibek, managing the property, extended great hospitality.

Чисто и в подъезде, и в квартире. Очень хороший сервис! Спасибо Адибеку за помощь с багажом, гибкий заезд, приятную коммуникацию и заботу! С радостью буду здесь останавливаться.

Best bed we’ve slept in for six months! Everything you need and more for a great stay in Almaty. Fantastic location, close to bars, restaurants and excellent coffee shops, with a really good supermarket directly across the street. The property management team were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to meet every need. Excellent service from start to finish. Would absolutely stay here again.
