I chose this hotel because it was close to the stations and the old town.The price was fair for the amenities.

I stayed on the fourth floor for seven days. The room was never cleaned, and the sheets were never changed. I was also surprised to find that there was neither a wardrobe nor a refrigerator. The most significant problem, however, is the attitude of some of the staff there; some—though not all—were rude and uncooperative. A hotel employee’s duty is to solve problems, not to create them. During my stay, I asked for a coffee at the reception twice. Both times, when I said I wanted a coffee, the response was "4 euros"—with no follow-up question as to what kind of coffee I wanted. On the second occasion, I had come down from my room in my pajamas—having just finished a conference call with my colleagues—to request a coffee. Fortunately, I had my mobile phone with me to make the payment; otherwise, I would have had to go all the way back upstairs to get money. I have stayed in hotels ranging from 1 to 5 stars all over the world, yet this is the first time I have encountered such greed, suspicion, and unprofessionalism. I believe the hotel management needs to provide better training for their staff. My issue is not the 4-euro cost of the coffee; if the hotel has concerns, they could simply charge a deposit, rather than frustrating their guests.

Very good buffet breakfast with protein-rich options (scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, cottage cheese) in addition to typical carb-based breakfast foods. Location is good right next to both train and bus stations, also walkable from the Old Town.

On the second day there was no more porridge for breakfast. Our room was a bit smallish.
