one of the lifts didnt like my face!
Pillows Very uncomfortable... The kitchen does not accommodate for cooking as the pots are old and these no oven trays .. An upgrade on kitchenware is needed ...

Some of the security staff are absolutely rude! The oven tray that I wanted to use was dirty, which I just left in the oven. My partner and I had to share a wine glass, they only had one. There was no coffee or sugar or oil as they confirmed with me, however after letting the host know, it was sorted.
