Absolutely kind and polite staff, always ready to assist you. Clean and cozy rooms, good breakfast. Location of the hotel is another big plus - near to the supermarket, restaurants and massage :)

No tv... No gym..
The staff was very friendly. We also got a breakfast package packed for us for our sunrise at Angkor Wat. That was a very nice surprise, because we didn't ask for it. Breakfast was basic, but enough. The pool looks clean and nice - but we didn't use it.

We booked a twin bedroom but had to sleep in a double for one night. They told me the information was gone missing. Also our blankets were a bit moist the first day we checked in the twin room.

I did told them my room no need to do room keeping from the first day, but I just requested 4 bottles of mineral water per day, as free supply, no need to change bed sheets or top up anything, but the hotel manager not approved , during 10days I only taken 6 bottles of mineral water for the first 2 days, end up they still charged me 0.75 USD / bottle x 6, really expensive for their water supply, they only provide free glass refill water, totally don't supply mineral water. I found the hotel manager too stingy and got problems, first time I have to pay mineral water to the hotel. The room has no TV, no rain shower, no renovation unlike the photos showing on website
