住客評價分析
- Cleanliness1.0
Multiple reviewers explicitly note that rooms are clean, tidy and well maintained.
- Service1.0
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and welcoming; several mentions of warm reception and attentive receptionists.
- Location1.0
Location is praised across reviews as central/perfect (close to Rothschild, Sheinkin, Nachalat Binyamin, Montefiore) and very convenient for Tel Aviv.
- Room Quality1.0
Mixed signals: rooms cited as clean and spacious by many, but complaints include very soft/uncomfortable mattresses for some guests, small rooms for two people, and poor mirror lighting.
- Amenities1.0
Good on-site amenities noted (espresso machines in rooms, free wine in lobby, large balconies with garden furniture, parking available) though some F&B is off-site.
- Value for Money1.0
Multiple guests mention excellent value for price and that the hotel provides good returns for a central TLV stay.
- Food and Beverage1.0
Breakfast is served off-site via nearby cafes (mixed experience); reviewers appreciate nearby cafes (e.g., Monti) but note lack of in-hotel breakfast as a downside.
- Overall Experience1.0
Overall stays described as very positive with many guests saying they would return, balanced by room-size/mattress and breakfast limitations.
