The property was nice and perfectly located on Nizami Street with everything easily accessible. The staff kindly helped with our luggage, but the eight flights of stairs, which weren’t mentioned in the listing, were quite a shock. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was served in the restaurant opposite the hotel building. After our breakfast, the restaurant manager rudely confronted us for not paying and we had to wait several minutes for the hotel owner to clarify the misunderstanding. This incident wasted our time and spoiled the experience. Overall, a good location and property, but the stairs and breakfast arrangements need clearer communication. If you’re carrying heavy luggage, travelling with children, or staying with elderly family members, this is definitely something to consider. Otherwise, a lovely stay with a great location, around 45 minutes from the airport.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere made me feel at home. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pokój wyglądał jak nieposprzątany po poprzednich lokatorach, włosy w łazience i brudne kubki. Brak windy, pokoje na poddaszu.

We booked a three-night stay a couple of weeks in advance. On the morning of our arrival, the property messaged to coordinate our check-in. We've got confirmation of our late arrival as we were supposed to land at 3:50 AM. However, while we were in transit, they sent a subsequent message canceling the reservation due to an issue with the sewer system, instructing us to request a free cancellation via the booking app. We contacted booking.com help for assistance. The morning after the landing the property was available again (for a different price). Can't recommend if you really hope to have a room after a long trip.
