住客評價分析
- Cleanliness9.5
Multiple reviews explicitly state rooms were very clean and tidy; overall housekeeping is consistently praised.
- Service10.0
Staff repeatedly described as very helpful, hospitable and accommodating across many reviews; reception praised for assistance and friendliness.
- Location10.0
Numerous comments calling the location central, perfect, near metro and within walking distance of major sights; repeatedly highlighted as a key positive.
- Room Quality8.0
Rooms are generally clean and well appointed, but some are small, the third bed (sofa bed) noted as quite firm, and minor in-room issues (fridge cooling) were reported.
- Amenities7.5
Recurring negative mentions about air conditioning not working properly, limited TV channels and a poorly cooling fridge; lack of nearby supermarket noted once.
- Value for Money9.0
Several guests remark on excellent value or good price-quality ratio; isolated comment that it felt a bit expensive does not outweigh positive value impressions.
- Food and Beverage9.0
Breakfast is frequently described as very good, rich and varied; a few guests found it merely 'ok', but overall sentiment is strongly positive.
- Overall Experience9.0
Overall stays are described as very satisfying with many guests intending to return or recommend; the main detractor across reviews is inconsistent air conditioning.
