The location was great, nice and central. Everything about the hotel was excellent - it struck a perfect balance between price & experience. I would also like to mention the exceptional hospitality displayed by the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Special shout out to Anna for always greeting us with a smile. The staff here genuinely care about you.

Nous connaissions déjà cet hotel, y ayant déjà séjourné 18 ans auparavant. Ce qui nous avait marqué était l'emplacement, juste à coté de l'église et de sa très belle place animée (sans être bruyant). Nous avons donc décidé d'y revenir avec nos adolescents. Et nous pouvons encore le confirmer: l'emplacement est exceptionnel. Juste à 2 pas du Lac Hoan Kiem, et de tous les commerces. Nous avons également fortement apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme des 3 jeunes femmes à l'accueil: Anna, Lola et Lily. La prochaine fois que nous reviendrons à Hanoi, ce sera sans aucun doute, dans cet hotel.

A great location near the cathedral with super friendly and very helpful staff, great breakfast with fresh western and local choices. The rooms were very comfortable and very quiet although in the centre in one of the most beautiful streets in Hanoi. We loved it and would love to come back there when we are again in Hanoi!

Nothing relevant, the shower had very little pressure but that was not really a problem.
