Over all room , staff , were good .

Food wasn't that good in taste nor in variety , hair dryer was not working shocket were not working.they don't give newspaper in room for reading nor is it available in lobby as usually it is available in other 5 star hotels ... , vada was not cooked properly. They charged service charge of rs 1500 at the time of booking which is illegal , and not mandatory but at the time of booking there was no option to dis select it .

The only good part was F&B manager (Puneet) and the chef (Jitendra).. Both are really good, and I got good service from them. Can visit back for both of them.

Pathetic service, no cleanliness, fungus growth near TV panel, everything broken in the hotel, really bad service .. need to wait 45 minutes even for normal plates and spoons.

Staff needs to be trained, receptionist lady and staff behaviour needs to be upgraded. Check inn check out unsatisfactory.
