Convention Center

Convention Center

Despite having explained my situation in advance and asked for understanding regarding possible reservation changes, cancellation, or a no-show, the hotel canceled my reservation on the grounds that I had not contacted them by phone. They also showed no consideration for the fact that I subsequently had to stay at another hotel. My repeated inquiries about the cancellation or no-show status of my reservation have gone completely unanswered. My booking allowed cancellation up to two days before arrival, and I had prepaid the full cost of all seven nights specifically to avoid being treated as a no-show. Yet the hotel has still not informed me of any decision regarding a refund. Even Booking.com’s efforts to resolve the matter have been limited by the hotel’s unresponsiveness and lack of cooperation. Any applicable cancellation or no-show penalties should be clearly explained and properly applied. However, the poor coordination among the hotel staff and their inadequate responses have been deeply disappointing. Personally, this has been my worst experience dealing with a hotel, and I would strongly advise against booking here.

Hotel super bem localizado, com varios passeios a pé. Colchao e travesseiro ruins, precisam de troca. A limpeza fo quarto nao é feita todo dia. Cafe dá manhã bom
